With the Fall Season and Halloween almost here, Haunted Attractions are popping up all across the Pocono Mountains! With the cool fall air , colored leaves, and fresh apples comes haunted houses, pumpkin patches, pumpkin carving, and many other fall festivities! 

Hotel of Horror - This has become a very well known Pocono Tradition in Saylorsburg Pa. The Hotel of Horror Haunted House, Altered Nightmares Haunted House, and The Exhibition Macabre Museum are all located at The Legendary Lake House Hotel on the corner of Old Route 115 and Cherry Hill Road in the Poconos. These indoor attractions are open rain or shine in the Fall Season. Concessions on site and free parking as well!

Fright Nights at at The Country Junction are also an ongoing Pocono Fall Festivity located in Lehighton PA on Interchange Road. Dozens of rooms of horror. 

Open Mic in Hawley PA! Come Show Off Your Skills.

Open Mic Night in Hawley PA recurring every 1st Friday of the month beginning September 6th, 2013! If you live or are in the Pocono Mountains and feel your spot is on a stage entertaining then this is a great way to put yourself out there. This will be going down at the Cocoon Coffee House in Hawley on 230 Welwood Ave. To sign up you simply need to write your name in a slot of the sign up board. Even if you're not performing it can be a great time to watch some of our talented local Pocono residents give it their all and to enjoy a good show. Who knows, the next big thing might just be coming from the Pocono Mountains!

Come on down to Mount Pocono Harvestfest in downtown Mount Pocono on September 28th, 2013 and The Harvest Festival at Dingmans Ferry on September 21st, 2013. Both fun filled fall festivals include family activities such as live music, children's activities, local food, crafts, exhibits, animal presenters, and much more. So grab a hoodey and some hot cocoa and come on down to a couple of the Pocono's most famous Fall Foliage Festivals this September!
